As we manufacture against your order the product will be unusable by us once manufactured.
We have a No refund policy.

Please note that there are some orders that we are unable to accept and they will be cancelled from our side.
We reserve the right, to cancel the order for any reason. Like under any foreseen circumstances that may come in the way of your order that may be limitations on quantity available for purchase, error in product(s) or pricing information, or limitations of our credit department.
We may also require information before accepting your order. We will contact you if in any case, your order is cancelled or any kind of information that is required to accept your order.
If you feel the product is defective, please contact us and we will work out a solution to your satisfaction. Products can be returned within 3 days in case of defects or functional problems. You will need to send these back to us to get a fresh piece. Returns are not processed for any products that are tampered with, in used condition, or with damaged packaging etc.
In case of damaged product the customer has to send the product back to us for repair and we will ship the repaired piece back to the customer. The customer bear shipping cost from one side and the company bears shipping cost for the other side.

We reserve the right to not refund your amount when you cancel your order after completing or dispatching the product because it will be unusable for anyone.
If your order is not manufactured we will issue a full store credit for your order cancellation amount.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item contact us within 3 days of receiving the order. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as per the order.
In case of damaged product the customer has to send the product back to us for repair and we will ship the repaired piece back to the customer. The customer bear shipping cost from one side and the company bears shipping cost for the other side.
